The 2024 Impact Factor list has been released
On June 18, 2025, Clarivate officially published the latest edition of the Journal Citation Reports (JCR), which includes the 2024 impact factors. This annual report provides a global ranking of academic journals, enabling institutions, researchers, and publishers to evaluate the scientific impact and reliability of these publications.
Clarivate aims for the impact factor to reflect not only scientific influence but also research integrity and trustworthiness. Through recent innovations, smaller, regional, or newer journals can also gain more visibility within the scientific community.
The complete list and detailed data are available on the official Clarivate JCR website. Access to the site requires a subscription, and it is available on university campuses or remotely via VPN.
The Impact Factors of the Two Hungarian Veterinary Journals:
- Hungarian Veterinary Journal (MÁL): 0.4 (in 2023: 0.3)
- Acta Veterinaria Hungarica: 0.8 (in 2023: 0.7)
